Sales or presentation stand at the event area?
Sales and presentation spaces for The Tall Ships Races event taking place in July are now available for reservation.
You can rent a sales or presentation space for the period from July 4th to July 7th, 2024. The event area will be open from Thursday to Saturday from 11 am to 10 pm ( in Tove Jansson Park from 11 am to 6 pm) and on Sunday from 11 am to 4 pm. Sellers are required to adhere to the event’s opening hours.
The basic sales space rental fee is 2000€ (VAT 0%). You can choose to share the sales space with another seller. Sales points will be located in various parts of the event area. It’s not possible to reserve a sales point with your own car or tent; the tents for sales points will be provided by the organizer. The basic sales space rental fee includes:
- Sturdy aluminum profile-framed pagoda tent with a pointed roof, measuring 5x5m (height 2.2m)
- A 30 cm high signboard the entire width of the tent, featuring the logo and/or name of the sales space holder
- Basic electricity 2300W (10A fuse behind). It includes one power center but does not include power cables.
- Waste management and waste sorting according to given instructions, as well as cleaning of the event area. The cleaning of the sales space is the responsibility of the sales space holder.
- Event communication, marketing, and production work
- Security management and security during nighttime.
